Constructed from durable Type 304 stainless steel with 1″ thick high-density fiberglass insulation, this cabinet minimizes heat loss. A built-in water pan provides humidity control, maintaining optimal food quality. The cabinet rolls smoothly on four 5″ donut neoprene casters.
