The Air Corner Tilter is a floor level multi-ply airbag powered tilter that provides ergonomic loading and unloading of bulk containers, gaylords, or crates. It is accessible by either pallet or fork truck and is activated by a hand operated control lever. The air bag inflates tilting and the material shifts to the corner of the container where it can be easily removed by manual or mechanical means. The regulator is factory present to begin rotating the container when the weight reaches approximately 900 pounds. Includes adjustable vacuum pick-up wand holder (3-1/2″ ID) and provides 12” of adjustment to accommodate various container heights.
