Industrial Boltless Shelving
Our industrial boltless shelving is designed for fast and easy assembly. Featuring access from all four sides without any cross bracing, this shelving provides strong supporting power with time-saving assembly. Steel shelves simply drop into place, completing the unit with four shelves. Components snap together without any nuts, bolts, or clips. The posts and beams are made from 14 gauge steel with a gray polyester finish. Beams adjust on 1.5" centers, and all units are 72" high, ensuring the top shelf is accessible.

Common T-posts between adjacent units and an attractive #729 parchment powder coat finish complete the setup. Decking is sold separately.
Boltless Heavy Duty Rivet Rack Shelving with 3 Shelves
Ideal for light to medium weight loads, this shelving features beams that snap into place on 2" centers into keyhole slots in posts. The rugged heavy-duty beams use a double rivet design for added strength and rigidity. Channel type deck supports attach with just one bolt to the bottom of the beam flange, providing superior protection from deck sag. Made from 16 gauge steel with a tough gray baked enamel finish, the decks are constructed from furniture-grade MDF for a smooth surface.

This shelving requires no assembly. The reinforced 12 gauge steel shelves have a 2,000 lb. capacity per shelf. The 2" x 2" x 3/16" corner angles have footpads with anchors, and the shelving stands at 72" overall height with a 3-1/2" bottom shelf under-clearance. It ships set up and ready for immediate use.

Pre-engineered sections are 48"W x 84"H with lapped and welded shelf corners for added strength and durability. Upright posts are roll-formed "T" members that allow shelves to adjust on 1-1/2" centers. The 20 gauge shelves offer an 800 lb. capacity per shelf, providing more space and flexibility for storing packaged stock.
