Dents, rust, and broken doors do not have to be your reality. Our Elite & Excalibur lines offer graffiti-resistant, heavy-duty lockers backed by a 15-year warranty.

A Smarter Investment in Your Facility's Future

Facility managers in high-traffic environments face a constant battle. Standard lockers, often built with thin, riveted sheet metal, cannot withstand the demands of daily use. The results are predictable: dented doors, broken latches, noisy hallways, and a constant drain on your maintenance budget. This cycle of repair and premature replacement consumes valuable time and resources that could be better allocated elsewhere.

Dasco Corridor Lockers are engineered to break this cycle. We build our lockers not as disposable fixtures, but as long-term infrastructure for your facility. By using superior materials and a stronger construction method, we provide a storage solution that offers peace of mind, operational efficiency, and a clean, respectable environment for your students, staff, or patients.

Vandal-Resistant Welded Construction

The fundamental weakness of a conventional locker lies in its assembly. Manufacturers use rivets to join thin sheets of metal because it is fast and inexpensive. However, each rivet is a point of stress and a potential point of failure. Over time, repeated impacts from daily use cause these rivets to loosen. This leads to door sag, latch misalignment, and gaps that invite prying and vandalism.

We eliminate this inherent weakness through a superior construction process. Our corridor lockers feature fully welded 14-gauge steel frames and doors. Instead of simply connecting panels, our welding process fuses the steel into a single, monolithic unit. This unibody construction distributes impact forces across the entire frame, rather than concentrating them on dozens of weak points. The result is a rigid, seamless structure that is exceptionally resistant to the prying, impacts, and torsion that destroy standard lockers, ensuring they remain secure and functional for years, not months.

Quiet Operation for Undisturbed Environments

Locker noise is a significant and often overlooked source of disruption. In a school, the collective clang of dozens of metal doors closing can echo through hallways, breaking classroom concentration. In a hospital or clinical setting, this same noise can disturb resting patients and create an atmosphere of institutional clamor rather than calm recovery. Privacy can also be a concern in hallways where sensitive conversations occur.

We engineered our latching mechanisms specifically for quiet, secure engagement. By using sound-dampening components, such as high-density polymer latches and rubber bumpers, we absorb the sound at the point of contact. This transforms the traditional loud “clang” into a soft, confident “click.” This focus on quiet operation, combined with the solid feel of our welded doors, significantly reduces ambient noise pollution, helping to maintain the calm and focused atmosphere your institution requires.

Durable Graffiti & Rust-Resistant Finish

The appearance of your lockers directly reflects the standard of care at your facility. A chipped, rusted, or vandalized locker can make an entire hallway look neglected. We address this with an advanced, multi-stage powder-coating process. Unlike liquid paint, which is a thin surface layer, powder coating involves electrostatically applying a dry, durable polymer powder that is then heat-cured. This process creates a thick, hard shell that is bonded directly to the steel.

This resilient finish is highly resistant to the chipping, scratching, and fading that expose the metal underneath to rust. Its non-porous surface makes it simple to wipe away most paints and markers, providing excellent resistance to graffiti. A clean, uniform appearance not only enhances your facility’s aesthetic but also contributes to a positive psychological environment, which can discourage further vandalism and promote a greater sense of respect for the property among its users.

An Industry-Leading 15-Year Warranty

We build our products with the expectation that they will last. To back this commitment, every Dasco Corridor Locker comes with our comprehensive 15-year warranty. This is not a marketing gimmick; it is our guarantee of quality and a reflection of our confidence in our engineering and manufacturing processes. It covers defects in materials and workmanship, assuring you that your investment is protected against premature failure.

For facility managers, this warranty provides something invaluable: budget predictability. It effectively eliminates unpredictable locker repair and replacement costs from your maintenance budget for over a decade. This stands in stark contrast to the hidden lifecycle costs of cheaper alternatives, which include not just the price of the locker but also the recurring costs of replacement parts, maintenance labor, and the administrative time spent managing a constant stream of repairs.

Understand the Superior Construction

Words can only describe so much. Watch our short demonstration video to see the difference welded construction makes. We compare the strength and rigidity of a Dasco locker against a standard riveted model, showing you exactly how our engineering stands up to the stress of a real-world environment.

Integrated Solutions for Complete Asset Security

A modern military installation requires a unified and cohesive approach to asset management. Security protocols must extend seamlessly from personal quarters to the armory and beyond. At Dasco, we view ourselves as a total asset security partner, providing solutions that meet the stringent demands of every department on base.

Our engineering expertise extends to comprehensive law enforcement and military weapon storage systems that secure everything from sidearms to crew-served weapons. To achieve the highest level of accountability, these systems can be integrated with advanced RFID weapons tracking technology, providing real-time inventory and automated access logs. Furthermore, we apply these same principles of security and chain of custody to create certified Dasco evidence storage solutions for use by Military Police (MP), the Criminal Investigation Division (CID), the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), and the Office of Special Investigations (OSI).
