Material Handling USA completed a full pallet rack teardown, relocation, and reinstallation for Bailey’s Moving and Storage at their warehouse in West Valley City, Utah. The project involved 27 sections of selective pallet rack in two configurations — tearing the system down at the original location, freighting all components, and rebuilding everything at the new facility.
The Project
The crew disassembled 16 sections of 16-foot tall pallet rack with 3 beam levels and 11 sections of 12-foot tall rack with 2 beam levels, all with wire mesh decking. Everything was transported to Bailey’s new warehouse at 1414 Gladiola Street, Suite 400 and professionally reinstalled with bay location labels for inventory tracking. This relocation service preserved Bailey’s existing rack investment while getting the new warehouse operational quickly.
