The Situation

The warehouse required a rack system that could handle diverse product sizes — from heavy palletized boxes on the upper levels to bulky packing materials like bubble wrap rolls stored at ground level. The rack needed to fit against the warehouse walls while leaving enough clearance for forklift accessand daily warehouse operations.
The Installation
The completed installation features 12-foot tall green teardrop uprights with orange step beams running along the warehouse walls. Each section has three beam levels providing organized storage tiers for palletized goods on top, mid-level storage for boxesand supplies, and ground-level space for bulky items like bubble wrap rollsand pallet stacks. The system is fully loaded and operational, with spare upright frames stored on-site for future expansion.
The Solution

The wall-run configuration maximizes vertical storage while keeping the center of the warehouse clear for forklift traffic and order staging.
