Pallet Rack Installation
The main warehouse features tall green teardrop pallet rack with orange 6-inch step beamsand wire mesh decking on every level. Installation photos show the system being built with a Toyota forklift positioning beams while wire decking panels are staged on pallets. The metal building’s high ceilings allow for multiple beam levels with a rolling ladder providing safe access to upper storage positions. Fast Rak Bulk Shelving

The pallet rack system features green teardrop uprights with 6-inch orange step beamsand wire mesh decking throughout the main warehouse, providing heavy-duty palletized storage with direct forklift access. The Fast Rak bulk shelving system in the back room uses particle board decking on four closely spaced beam levels for organized hand-pick storage.
The project included 40 extra beams with wire decking for the pallet rack section and 20 extra beams with particle board for the shelving section — giving Marathon Petroleum expansion capacity built into the initial installation.
