Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and quote requests: name, company, email address, phone number, project location, and project details you enter in our forms, configurators, or planning tools.
- Orders: billing and shipping name, address, email, phone, and order details. Card payments are processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Live chat, email, and phone: the content of chats, emails, voicemails, and calls you have with our team, which may be recorded or transcribed for quality and follow-up.
Information collected automatically

Google user data and the MH-USA Keyword Tool
MH-USA operates an internal application, the MH-USA Keyword Tool, that uses Google OAuth and the Google Ads API to perform keyword research for MH-USA’s own Google Ads account. The tool is used only by authorized MH-USA personnel. It is not offered to the public or to other businesses.
What Google user data we access
When an authorized MH-USA user signs in with Google and grants permission, the tool requests the Google Ads scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). With that permission it accesses:
- The list of Google Ads customer accounts the signed-in user can access.
- Keyword Planner data for MH-USA’s own Google Ads account, such as keyword ideas, average monthly search volume, competition level, and estimated top-of-page bid ranges.
The tool does not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or any other Google services. It does not read or change campaigns, ads, budgets, or billing.
How we use Google user data
We use this data only to research search demand for the products MH-USA sells. That research guides the content of our own website and our own Google Ads campaigns. We do not use Google user data for any other purpose.
How we store and protect Google user data
The OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in a private, access-restricted environment that only the MH-USA tool can read, and they are sent only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections to Google. Keyword research results are kept as internal marketing working files.
How we share Google user data
We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties. We do not use it for advertising to individuals or to build user profiles. We do not transfer it to data brokers or information resellers. We do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Data is disclosed only where required by law or to protect against security threats or fraud.
Retention and deletion
OAuth tokens are kept only while the tool is in use. They are deleted when access is revoked or no longer needed. You can revoke the tool’s access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can also ask us to delete any stored data by contacting us using the details below.
Limited Use disclosure
MH-USA’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business. These include website hosting, payment processing, shipping and freight carriers, manufacturers fulfilling your order, CRM, email, live chat, and analytics providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.
Cookies
