Freestanding Red Rack Overview
The Freestanding Red Rack puts Ready Rack’s heavy-duty, ventilated turnout gear sections on heavy-duty legs, so the gear stays off the floor and the run can stand in the middle of a room or against a wall that can’t carry a wall-mounted load. Choose single sided units along a wall, or double sided units that hold gear on both faces of one island and roughly halve the wall length a large roster needs.
Single sided freestanding runs can be built to any length thanks to the modular design, and the bases connect together to create the run you need.

Single or Double Sided?
Double sided freestanding Red Rack is the space saver for larger departments: two firefighters share each bay width, one on each face. Leave a clear aisle on both sides for dressing, plus room for a bench. Single sided units are the better fit along a perimeter wall or where only one side is reachable.
