Southern Nevada concentrates franchised automotive retail more tightly than almost any market we serve. Valley Automall in Henderson — on Eastgate Road, off I-515 — gathers roughly twenty dealerships and dozens of brands on one campus, and the West Sahara Avenue corridor west of I-15 carries a long mix of franchise stores and independent lots. Fleet shops change the storage math. A rental or shuttle fleet stocks fewer part numbers than a dealership but consumes them faster, so the right answer is usually shallow, wide drawers for high-turn consumables plus boltless shelving for bulk filters, fluids and tires — not a wall of identical shelf openings. Borroughs designs in Configura®, which imports and exports AutoCAD files, prices in real time and produces photo-realistic 3D renderings of the finished room in your colors — so the parts manager, the fixed-ops director and the GM are all approving the same picture.

We serve Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Boulder City, Pahrump, Mesquite and St. George, UT. Southern Nevada is a straight run from Salt Lake City on I-15, so delivery and installation are scheduled together rather than through a third-party freight handoff.

Security and access control come standard on the drawer side: removable lock cores can be re-keyed without replacing hardware, and cabinets can be keyed alike for a shared bay or individually for a controlled parts cage.

Does shelving need to be anchored?
Borroughs recommends anchoring any unit whose height-to-depth ratio exceeds 4 — a 7’3" high × 18" deep unit is already at 4.87. Local building and seismic requirements may call for more, so anchorage is detailed on the layout and confirmed with your AHJ.
How much weight does a Borroughs high-density drawer hold?
Up to 400 lb evenly distributed per drawer, on a roller-bearing suspension that lets the drawer fully extend. Workstation tool drawers carry the same 400 lb rating with 110% extension slides.
What shelf sizes are available?
Box Edge Plus posts come in 17 standard heights from 3’3" to 19’3", four nominal widths (24", 36", 42", 48") and seven depths from 12" to 36". Shelves adjust on 1-1/2" centers and gauges run from 24 to 18 gauge.
Do you install, or just deliver?
We install. MH-USA supplies, lays out, delivers and installs the system, including leveling, anchoring and labeling, so the room is usable when we leave.
