Every guard booth includes insulated wall panels (minimum R-11), a built-in HVAC system with both heating and cooling, a pre-wired electrical panel with GFI outlets, interior and exterior LED lighting, a 36-inch commercial entry door with deadbolt, and at least one sliding transaction window with a speaking port. Exterior finishes include powder-coated aluminum, stainless steel, or painted steel cladding rated for UV exposure and corrosive environments.
Roofing options include flat, hip, and gable configurations with standing-seam metal or membrane systems rated for 130+ MPH wind loads. Floor systems use welded steel frames with plywood decking and VCT or rubber flooring. All structures sit on adjustable leveling legs or concrete pier foundations, keeping the unit above grade for proper drainage and ventilation.
