Finishes that fit the work and the brand
Modular does not have to look generic. Wall panel skins, trim color, doors, ceilings, floors and, on exterior buildings, cladding, roof and wainscot can all be chosen to suit the work inside and the look of your site.
Start with function: a washdown room, an ESD test room and a front-gate booth each rule out some finishes. Then choose color and style within what works. This guide covers interior and exterior options, branding and how finishes affect maintenance.

Offices and meeting rooms
Supervisor and conference rooms often get a warmer finish: wood-look vinyl plank floors, wood-veneer doors, glass partitions and acoustic ceilings. Large windows toward the floor keep the visibility that makes an in-plant office useful.

Exterior finishes for booths and buildings
Masonry and stone wainscot
A brick or stone veneer wainscot ties a guard booth or small building to the architecture around it. It also takes the knocks at bumper height better than a painted panel. Pair it with a standing-seam or hip roof for a finished look at a front entrance.

Metal cladding and roof colors
Painted steel or aluminum cladding comes in a range of standard colors, with roof fascia and trim in a contrasting color. Stainless steel suits corrosive or coastal sites. A colored roof or canopy makes a booth easy to find for drivers and visitors.

Matching brand colors and standards
Send your brand color codes (paint, RAL or Pantone references) or a sample, and we confirm which panel, trim and cladding colors are available as standard and which need a custom finish. Standard colors keep lead time and cost down; custom colors are priced in your quote.
Logos and wayfinding are usually applied after installation by your sign vendor, on a panel area we keep clear for it.
- Decide early. Finish choices are set with the drawings; changes after approval can delay fabrication.
- Think about cleaning. Glossy, smooth skins clean easily; textured finishes hide scuffs.
- Plan for wear. Kick plates, corner guards and a durable wainscot save the finish at contact points.
- Keep it reversible. Panels can be refreshed or swapped later without demolition.
